The company has over 20 years experience in delivering specialised transport, especially in Home to School for Special Educational Needs (SEN) transport as well as providing services for Special Adult Education. We also provide transport for nursing homes/day centres for medical appointments plus for their social activities.

We operate from bases in Arnold, Nottingham and Mansfield, we operate in Nottinghamshire and neighbouring counties, but we also operate nationally when required, endeavouring to provide a quality of service and reliability at all times to ensure we operate with dignity and care.

Arrow Specialised Transport operates a fleet of specially adapted vehicles which can provide a range of services to those in need of individual transport solutions.

All vehicles are fully equipped to cater for a range of clients including those in wheelchairs or with restricted mobility. Access to the vehicles is facilitated with the use of rear tail lifts.

Drivers are highly experienced, fully trained with professional qualifications and hold a full enhanced DBS.

Passenger care assistants can also be provided on any journey should this be required, and are first aid and safeguard trained with also a full enhanced DBS.

We also have a large number of passenger care assistants who have enhanced skills and receive additional medical training relating to Epilepsy, Asthma and Anaphylaxis to be qualified in high dependency SEN transport.
